This mixture is really liquidly; use plenty of milk.

Have an iron skillet very hot with a lot of bacon grease in it.

Mix ingredients together and pour some hot grease into the batter.

Stir, then pour batter into the hot skillet and spoon some of the hot grease over the top.

Bake at 450° until as brown as desired.
